Neal Martin for Robert Parker
The 2014 Château La Mission Haut-Brion Blanc offers aromas of cornice pear, jasmine and honeysuckle. On the palate it is well balanced with crisp freshness and a cheeky hint of lemongrass that enlivens the senses. A rather wild La Mission Haut-Brion Blanc with Sémillon taking full control in the slightly honeyed, spicy finish. It is a great La Mission Haut Brion.
