									Description
											Switzerland / German-speaking Switzerland / Graubünden
The Gantenbein winery is surrounded by vineyards on the outskirts of the wine-growing village of Fläsch in the Bündner Rheintal. Martha and Daniel Gantenbein have only been producing wine here since 1982 and yet they are already considered world-class winemakers. Her focus is on the meticulous and uncompromising work in the vineyard and in the cellar, nothing should detract from the quality of the grapes. Five hectares of the vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir. The best grapes are rigorously selected here and processed as gently as possible. The result of these very small yields of enormous quality is an impressive wine that is as rare as it is sought after. Gantenbein's Pinot Noir is one of the best wines in Switzerland, a cult wine.
