The dry, sparkling wines from Chablis are world famous for their quality and style. Chablis is the most northerly wine region in the Burgundy region with a fairly cool climate. The Premier Cru vineyard Fourchaume has been certified organic since 2019 and is planted with Chardonnay vines that are on average 40 years old.
