The dry, crisp wines from Chablis are world-renowned for their quality and style. Chablis is the northernmost wine-growing region of Burgundy with a rather cool climate. The Premier Cru vineyard Fourchaume has been organically certified since 2019 and is planted with an average of 40-year-old Chardonnay vines. Fourchaume is one of the most famous Premier Cru sites in Chablis. This crisp, convincing Chablis comes from the renowned producer Simonnet-Febvre, who has specialized in Chablis production since 1840.

This traditional house based in Chablis is one of the defining producers of northern Burgundy. The focus is on classic Chablis wines from Chardonnay as well as fine sparkling Crémants de Bourgogne in white and rosé.
