Medium to deep garnet purple in color, the 2015 Quintus opens with aromas of baked cherries, warm red currants and crushed black plums with hints of cigar box, violets and dark chocolate. Medium-bodied, with very fine-grained, soft tannins, it remains endlessly refreshing and elegant on the palate with a seductively nuanced flavor profile that culminates in wonderful length and depth .
