Description
Description
France / Bordeaux / Haut-Médoc
Château Cissac is located in the heart of the Médoc, between the two communes of Saint Estèphe and Pauillac, in the village of the same name. The Château was acquired by Louis Vialard in 1940, and for several years now, Marie Vialard has been managing the estate, which is classified as a Cru Bourgeois Supérieure. The vineyards are equipped with fine gravel over limestone and planted with the traditional grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. Cabernet Sauvignon is ideally suited to the terroir in Cissac, where its power and aromas can unfold their full potential. As a cuvée with the elegant Merlot and the spicy Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon produces wines that are particularly complex and expressive. This Cru Bourgeois Supérieur is always a top recommendation for value for money!
