The color of the 2009 Château Cissac is a dark garnet red with violet reflections. Its complex bouquet is composed of aromas of blueberries, cassis, cedar wood, tobacco and cherry blossom. On the palate, this complex wine is medium to full-bodied, with soft tannins and wonderfully drinkable. The 2009 Cissac shows a remarkable balance between freshness, power and harmony. The long finish is dense and complex.

Château Cissac is located between the two municipalities of Saint Estèphe and Pauillac in the village of the same name. The château is located in the Haut-Médoc region and is therefore classified as a Cru Bourgeois Supérieur. The château was purchased by Louis Vialard in 1940, and Marie Vialard has been managing the estate for several years. The wines from Château Cissac stand for elegance, balance and drinking pleasure.

The Château is known, among other things, for its charming castle surrounded by extensive vineyards and forests. The winery is committed to preserving its natural environment and sustainable wine production by combining traditional cultivation methods with modern techniques and is considered a symbol of quality, craftsmanship and authenticity.

The vineyards are covered with fine gravel over limestone and planted with the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
