The vineyards lie on deep, warm gravel soils over clay and limestone – ideal conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Since modernisation under the Cuvelier family, the style has become even more refined: precise parcel work, careful harvesting and vinification that perfectly combines fullness and balance.
