Frerejean Frères Extra Brut 2006
Description
Description
The Frerejean Frères winery was founded in 2005 in Avize, a Grand Cru classified champagne village. It spans only 10 hectares and strives to preserve and respect the unique terroir. It is important to the Frerejean-Taittinger brothers that traditional champagne-making methods are respected, but that there is also room for innovation.
The Frerejeanfrere brothers put all their expertise into the strictly limited series of the Premiere Cru Extra Brut vintage champagne, as they can only produce it in exceptional years. The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes come from vines at least 40 years old. An excellent vintage, with multi-layered and complex aromas.
