Toni Gelabert, the traditional winemaker from near Manacor on Mallorca, makes Burgundian-style wines that are in great demand worldwide. Toni's family has been committed to biodynamic viticulture since it was founded in 1979 according to all the rules of the art: herbal infusions and stone flour are just as much a part of careful cultivation as harvesting according to the position of the moon. A Chardonnay matures more towards the new moon in order to increase its fruity potential. Red grapes, on the other hand, tend to be harvested towards the full moon. The grapes are of course selected by hand, the grapes are meticulously sorted in the field. The effort Toni puts into it is enormous. The result is worth it: the wines are fine, elegant, mineral - everything in harmony with nature!
