Lisa Perrotti-Brown for Robert Parker
The 2018 Brane-Cantenac has a medium to deep garnet color and shows lively notes of kirsch, black raspberries and warm cassis in the glass, as well as hints of roses, forest floor and cinnamon stick with a touch of cedar wood. The medium-bodied palate is wonderfully elegant and refreshing, with an opulent interplay of red and black fruits. It has wonderfully soft tannins and a long, aromatic finish.
