Description

The Brut Réserve (also "Le Réserve") is the flagship of Billecart-Salmon – an NV cuvée of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, with over 50% reserve wines and an average of 50 months of aging on the lees.

It sparkles with a bright straw yellow color and a delicate perlage. The nose is fresh and clear, with aromas of white stone fruit, green apple, citrus, and subtle notes of bread and nuts. On the palate, it is precise, creamy, and balanced: nuances of pineapple, pear, brioche, toasted bread, and fine minerality define the long, elegant finish.

Origin in Focus

Champagne

Champagne in north-eastern France is the home of the world’s most famous sparkling wine. The cool climate, limestone and chalk soils, and a long tradition of bottle fermentation shape its unmistakable style: tension, finesse and characteristic minerality. The main grape varieties are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier.
