The Frerejean-Taittinger brothers grew up with love and respect for the Champagne tradition and produce champagne with a complex, elegant character. Her boutique winery is located in Avize, a Grand Cru village in the heart of Champagne. Only grapes from Premier and Grand Cru plots of the Côte des Blancs are used for the rosé champagne.The quality of the champagne is well known - the champagne house is the official champagne supplier for the award of the Michelin stars. This rosé can be enjoyed now or aged in the cellar for a few more years to enjoy all the complex aromas.
