Frerejean Frères Grande Réserve Brut
Description
Description
France / Champagne
The Frerejean brothers have Champagne in their blood – their mother comes from the renowned Champagne family Taittinger. After initially only producing Champagne for family and friends, the brothers founded the boutique Champagne house Frerejean in 2005. The Brut Grande Réserve follows the same vinification method and philosophy as the entire FJF range. The Chardonnay grapes for the Grande Réserve come from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards, the Pinot Noir from the heart of the Côte des Blancs, and the Pinot Meunier from the adjoining vineyards. The winemakers decided to add a little Pinot Meunier to the cuvée to create a complex style.
