Description

Larmandier Bernier Rosé de Saignée Premier Cru Extra-Brut is made as a rosé de saignée from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Premier Cru sites around Vertus. The grapes undergo a short skin maceration, creating the intense colour and aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry and a touch of blood orange. On the palate it is juicy and structured, with fine bubbles, delicate tannins and chalky, lightly saline minerality.
