The 2019 Haut-Brion presents itself in the glass with aromas of blackberries and plums that mingle with notes of pencil shavings, embers and creamy new oak. It is full-bodied, rich and fleshy, with a structured attack that leads to a lush and enveloping fruit core and ends with a long, sweeping finish. Broad-shouldered and muscular, its rich, powdery tannins are already seamlessly integrated.
