Baron Philippe de Rothschild Viña Almaviva 2013
Description
Description
Baroness Philippine de Rothschild and Eduardo Guilisasti Tagle decided in 1997 to create an exceptional French-Chilean wine called Almaviva. And since then, with each vintage of Almaviva, they have skillfully expressed this vision. The grapes for Almaviva ripen on 63 hectares of the exclusive terroir of Puente Alto, in the upper part of the Maipo Valley. It is a unique wine made according to the concept of French châteaux. This wine is a classic Bordeaux cuvée, where the main grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon is accompanied by Carménère and Cabernet Franc.
