Grenache vines that are more than 100 years old and the best grapes from the les Trois Sources vineyard characterize this monument of a truly great terroir wine! The harvest, carried out entirely by hand, allows a first selection in the vineyard and a second selection when the grapes (transported in small crates) arrive at the winery. The wine is only produced when the winery determines that the grapes are different and unique from those of the other plots of the domaine. A real reserve that can hardly be increased in terms of concentration, minerality and freshness.
