This traditional château in southern France is situated in an exceptionally beautiful location amidst peaceful landscapes and natural glades. A place where time seems to stand still. Vianney and Emilie Castan named their company "Joseph Castan Fine Wine" after Vianney's great-grandfather, who was a winemaker. When their youngest daughter Lilou was born, they acquired Château Saint-Louis La Perdrix, their second home, a place where families share their passion for winemaking, celebrate family celebrations and create many shared memories. They see themselves as custodians of their vineyards, which they cultivate sustainably so that future generations can build on what they have created.
