Pauillac
Neal Martin for Robert Parker
The 2014 Pichon-Longueville Baron shows wonderful aromas of blackberries, cedar and graphite that exude the typicality of Pauillac. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with impressive depth and concentration, great freshness and excellent precision on the finish. This wine clearly fulfils the potential it already showed in the barrel. This will be one of those above-average Pauillacs that will delight for years to come.
