Château Haut-Bailly 2019

Château Haut-Bailly is a renowned Graves estate in Pessac-Léognan, whose old vines stand on poor gravel soils with an iron-rich subsoil.

The Cabernet-dominated vineyard area is finely parcelled and sustainably farmed; in the cellar, the estate relies on precise, gentle vinification and measured ageing in French oak. The style: noble, cool elegance with cassis and red fruits, cedarwood, fine graphite spice and firm, silky tannins that give excellent ageing potential.
