Grand Cru Classé

Château Clerc-Milon
France | Bordeaux
Lisa Perrotti-Brown for Robert Parker

The 2016 Clerc Milon has a deep garnet-violet color and exudes beautiful aromas of chocolate-covered cherries, plum jam and crushed blackcurrants in the glass with hints of lilac, cardamom, undergrowth and unsmoked cigars. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, it has a firm frame of fine-grained tannins and an endless freshness that carries the aromatic fruit to a long finish.
