The 2018 Cantenac Brown has a medium to deep garnet color, with fragrant aromas of redcurrant jelly, morello cherries, plum jam and fresh blackcurrant wafting gently from the glass, as well as hints of red roses, cedar wood and pencil lead. The medium-bodied palate has a stable framework of grainy tannins and plenty of freshness that support the delicate aromas of red and black fruits and give a spicy finish.
