Grand Cru Classé

Deep garnet purple in color, the 2017 Cantenac Brown jumps out of the glass with exuberant aromas of cassis, warm plums and Black Forest gateau, with hints of violet, dark chocolate, cloves and cigar box, and a touch of lavender. On the palate it is medium-bodied and firm with fine-grained tannins and plenty of freshness, with a finish full of black fruit and aromatic complexity.
