The 2016 Cantenac Brown comes from a Margaux estate that has been improving in recent years. It has an intense bouquet with floral aromas coming through notes of black cherry, cassis and boysenberry, in a strange way almost in the style of Saint-Émilion. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins. Silky smooth with a very well-dosed, sorbet-like freshness, it glides across the palate until the very sensual finish.
