Neal Martin for Robert Parker
The 2015 has a very concentrated bouquet with notes of blackberries, raspberries, cedar and minerals , somewhat Margaux-like as these violet aromas appear in the glass over time. On the palate it is medium-bodied with fine tannins, a marked freshness, a hint of white pepper that gives it spiciness and gradually develops into a very composed and structured finish. I would not be surprised if this one finds itself at the top of my banded score one day in the bottle.
