Toni Gelabert, the traditional winemaker near Manacor on Mallorca, makes Burgundian-style wines that are extremely hard to come by in this country. Toni's family has been committed to biodynamic viticulture since it was founded in 1979, so that the old vines are bursting with health. Against this background, it goes without saying that the grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, that a pre-selection takes place in the field and that there is also a hand in the final selection.
