Toni Gelabert Negre Selecció 2021

The Toni Gelabert estate on Mallorca stands for authentic Spanish wines that reflect the essence of the island. Near Palma de Mallorca, characterful red and white wines with Mediterranean finesse are produced through sustainable cultivation. Winemaker Toni Gelabert relies on indigenous grape varieties and biodynamic methods to create unadulterated wines that make origin and craftsmanship tangible. Whether fruit-driven white wine or powerful red wine, every drop tells of sun, wind and the passion of a winemaker who carries Mallorca in his heart.

Mallorca has developed from a holiday island into a serious wine region. The Mediterranean climate, with cooling sea breezes and limestone-rich, often sparse soils, produces characterful, sun-warmed wines. Indigenous varieties such as Manto Negro and Callet yield spicy-fruity, rather elegant reds; Premsal and Giró Ros stand for saline-fresh, herbaceous white wines.
