Ried Zieregg is one of the major sites of the Tement family winery. The vineyard is characterized by coral limestone soils, limestone marl, a unique microclimate and vines that are 40 years old. The clear signature of the talented winemaker Armin Tement and the unmistakable reference to terroir characterize the Zieregg. The Tement family switched to organic viticulture 10 years ago. However, the 2018 is the first certified organic vintage. In the cellar, the vintner gives the wine time. Spontaneous fermentation, gentle maturation and unfiltered bottling result in wines that impressively show their origin.
