BA Thierot Chardonnay

The 2019 Chardonnay BA Thieriot is a brilliant Chardonnay that reminds me of a Grand Cru Chablis with its incredible salty minerality and racy style, as well as beautiful aromas and flavors of lemon curd, white flowers, honeysuckle and brioche. It is taut and racy at the beginning, but with time in the glass it develops beautifully, offering more nuances of toasted bread and hazelnuts, a medium to full body, flawless balance and a great, great finish. The saltiness and minerality in this beauty is truly something special.
