Brunello di Montalcino

The Poggio Antico 2015 Brunello di Montalcino Riserva is a densely structured and complex wine with fruity aromas. The warmth and intensity of the dark plum are certainly more pronounced in this vintage, but the spicy tones of leather, tobacco and freshly ploughed earth also have more scope. The Riserva comes from the Il Vignone vineyard, which is 500 meters above sea level, where the summer breeze keeps the grapes healthy and ripe.
