Description

The Louis Jadot Puligny-Montrachet 2022 comes from the heart of the Côte de Beaune. The Chardonnay grapes grow on limestone and clay soils at altitudes between 230 and 390m. After manual harvesting, fermentation takes place in oak barrels, about a third of which are new. Aging lasts 15 to 18 months on the fine lees.

In the glass, the wine presents itself in a bright golden yellow with greenish reflections. The nose shows aromas of pear, pineapple, banana, nectarine, honey and toasted hazelnuts. On the palate, it is soft, elegant and fresh with a complex taste. The long finish is accompanied by notes of vanilla, hazelnuts and honey.

Burgundy
