Description

The Louis Jadot Côte de Beaune Villages 2022 comes from carefully selected plots in the Côte de Beaune villages, particularly Chorey-lès-Beaune and Ladoix. The Pinot Noir grapes were fully destemmed and fermented for around a month in stainless steel tanks, with regular punching down of the cap (pigeage). The wine then matured for twelve months in small French oak barriques.

In the glass, the wine displays a brilliant ruby red with subtle violet reflections. The fruity-aromatic bouquet reveals juicy cherries and blackcurrants. On the palate, it is delicately structured and smooth with a beautiful balance of juicy tannins, fruity berry aromas, and subtly spicy notes.
