Wine profile: Dominus Estate Napanook 2019

Expansion: The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in small crates to preserve quality. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine then matures for 16 months in French oak barrels (30% new barriques) to develop complexity and structure.
