The 2016 North Barossa Shiraz has a dark ruby red color with violet reflections. A wealth of aromas of ripe raspberries, cherries and cranberries rise from the glass, accompanied by notes of caramel, coffee and chocolate. On the palate it is medium to full-bodied. Fresh and fruity at the start, with velvety tannins, a balanced structure and balance, it ends in a very long, stimulatingly fresh finish.
