The two winemakers Adrian Hoffmann and Chris Ringland have been working together for more than 25 years. Together they develop first-class wines from the vineyards planted with Shiraz vines belonging to the Hoffmann family. The Hoffmann winery was founded towards the end of the 19th century and has been family-owned for six generations. Adrian Hoffmann mainly grows Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro vines here and has built a remarkable reputation for producing some of the most sought-after grapes in the Barossa Valley. The North Barossa Shiraz is a collaboration of 12 winemakers from the Ebenezer sub-region in the north of the Barossa. The group consists of neighbors, friends and relatives of the Hoffmann family.
