Château Simone Rosé Palette 2024
Description
Description
Château Simone is one of the most renowned wineries in the small Palette AOC appellation in Provence, embodying centuries of winemaking tradition. Located in Meyreuil, not far from Aix-en-Provence, the winery has been run by the Rougier family for generations. The approximately 22 hectares of vineyards benefit from calcareous soils and an exceptional microclimate, which allows the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly.
The Palette Rosé 2024 is an exemplary representation of the house's distinctive style. Instead of focusing on pure freshness and primary fruit, it impresses with remarkable structure, fine minerality, and great complexity. Its elegant balance, multi-layered aromatics, and excellent aging potential clearly distinguish it from classic Provence rosé. With this wine, Château Simone impressively combines tradition, character, and timeless elegance, making it one of Provence's outstanding producers.
