The 2018 Palmer, very deep garnet-purple in color, explodes from the glass with aromas of blackberry jam, crème de cassis and blueberry pie, plus hints of red roses, clove oil, dark chocolate and cedar box with a hint of menthol. With exquisitely soft tannins and endless freshness, it finishes wonderfully fragrant and with epic length. It is an astonishingly beautiful beast of a wine - one for the hedonists.
