Lisa Perrotti-Brown for Robert Parker
The 2010 Château Palmer has a dark garnet color and exudes warm aromas of cassis, baked plums and boysenberries in the glass, as well as notes of candied violets, star anise and dried bay leaves. On the palate it is medium to full-bodied, generously fruity, with a firm backbone of grainy tannins with an endless freshness and a long finish.
