Château Lascombes 2015

Château Lascombes, 2ème Grand Cru Classé from 1855, is one of the most distinctive estates of the Margaux appellation. Its large terroir combines three soil types – deep gravel rises, clay-limestone soils and clay parcels – offering exceptional diversity and ideal conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. This mix produces wines of impressive density, dark fruit, structured yet supple tannins and typical Margaux elegance. Following extensive modernisation in both vineyard and cellar, Lascombes now shows clear precision, intense aromatics and a powerful yet harmonious style. The estate is among the appellation’s most reliable and characterful crus.
