Château Haut-Brion Blanc 2017
Description
Description
After Clarence Dillon bought Château Haut-Brion in 1935, he managed to build on the winery's former fame and rise to the elite circle of the world's most legendary wines. Today, the oldest château in the region is run by the fourth generation of the family, represented by Prince Robert of Luxembourg. The special status of Château Haut-Brion is also reflected in the fact that it is the only one of the 61 châteaux classified in 1855 that is not located in the Médoc. The exceptionally beautiful "Indian Summer" in September 2014 with temperatures of around 30°C allowed the grapes to ripen perfectly. This great vintage still needs some time in the bottle to show what it can really do.
