The 2016 Château Dassault, deep garnet red in color, shows concentrated aromas of ripe black cherries, dark chocolate smoke, espresso and liquorice. On the palate it is medium to full-bodied and very well balanced with soft tannins. The nuanced freshness carries the rich aromas of mocha beans, cassis and dark fruits into the long and spicy finish.
