The Château Cheval Blanc Le Petit Cheval Blanc 2020 is the second wine from the famous Château Cheval Blanc in the Saint-Émilion area of Bordeaux. This white wine is an exquisite blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, embodying the elegance and complexity for which the winery is known.

Wine profile: Château Cheval Blanc Le Petit Cheval Blanc 2020

Expansion: The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in small crates to preserve quality. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine then matures for 6 months in French oak barrels (30% new barriques) to develop complexity and structure.
