Deep garnet-violet in color, the 2017 Château Canon flows from the glass with expressive aromas of baked black cherries, kirsch, plum jam and black raspberries, as well as hints of red roses, Ceylon tea, black olives and fertile clay. Medium-bodied on the palate, wonderfully elegant and refined, with a soft, fine-grained texture and consistent freshness, with a long and mineral finish.
