Château Bélair-Monange 2019
Description
Description
France / Bordeaux / Saint-Émilion
Château Bélair-Monange is one of the most renowned wineries in Saint-Émilion and belongs to the esteemed Moueix family, who also own Château Pétrus.
The name "Monange" honors the family and symbolizes the tradition and exceptional terroir of this historic estate. The unique limestone and clay soils lend the wine incomparable elegance, depth, and minerality.
The 23.5-hectare vineyards are planted with old Merlot and Cabernet Franc vines, which yield only small harvests. This results in strictly limited quantities of this complex, structured wine with great aging potential.
