Expansion: The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine then matures for 18 months in French oak barriques (50% new barriques) and is subsequently aged for at least 6 months in the bottle before being released onto the market.
