Cantina Terlan Terlaner DOC 2024
Description
Description
Italy / South Tyrol / Terlan
The wine village of Terlan is located approximately halfway between the cities of Merano and Bolzano. The village and its vineyards nestle against the steep, red porphyry rocks of the Tschöggelberg on the left side of the Etsch Valley. White grape varieties grow in the mountain regions up to 900 meters above sea level. This terroir, with its unique and distinctive character, is shaped by volcanic soils and a very special microclimate. Over the centuries, the Terlan vines have adapted to this particular terroir and developed their own, unmistakable character.
Hardly any other wine embodies the tradition and philosophy of Cantina Terlan as impressively as the Terlaner Cuvée.
