The 40-hectare winery is located in north-eastern Italy, near the Slovenian border in the DOC zone Friuli Isonzo, which is known for its excellent white wines. The Gallo family has been closely associated with viticulture for over 100 years. Gianfranco, who has been running the family winery since 1978, has established himself as the grand master of white wines from Friuli. He has been producing single-vineyard wines with extremely high quality standards since 1990. His wines are among the absolute best. With the Dut Un, the winemaker has created a masterpiece from the cuvée of the grapes from two individual vineyards. The stylistically very different grape varieties complement each other perfectly in this balanced wine.
