Giuseppe Quintarelli

North of Verona, narrow roads wind through the countryside to the small, well-hidden estate in the village of Negrar. A few hectares of vines thrive here in the best sites of the Valpolicella area, on limestone and basalt soils.

The estate is run by the Quintarelli family and is devoted to tradition and craftsmanship passed down through generations. Giuseppe Quintarelli, who learned the art of winemaking from his father, was a visionary and pioneer in the region and is considered one of the great masters of Italian viticulture.

At Quintarelli, every wine is vinified traditionally and given the time it needs to meet the family’s high standards.

Over the past 60 years, founder Giuseppe Quintarelli shaped one of the most legendary estates in the Veneto.

Origin in Focus

Tuscany

Tuscany is one of Italy’s defining wine regions, known for Sangiovese and iconic appellations such as Chianti Classico, Brunello di Montalcino and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. The Mediterranean climate with sea breezes and diverse soils produces elegant, fresh wines with structure. On the coast, ‘Super Tuscans’ are also made from Cabernet, Merlot and other varieties. In addition to red wines, the region offers characterful whites such as Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Vermentino, as well as the traditional dessert wine Vin Santo. The result: tradition meets innovation – with clear terroir expression and great drinking pleasure.
