Description
Description
France / Bordeaux / Médoc / Pauillac
In 1993, Baroness Philippine created a second wine, Le Petit Mouton de Mouton Rothschild, which quickly found its place among wine lovers. It is made from grapes from selected younger vines and harvested, vinified, and bottled in the same way as the first growth - the grapes are collected in small baskets, the wine is fermented in Mouton's famous oak vats and aged in barrels according to traditional methods. Everything is done to ensure that the wine expresses the elegance and depth of a great Pauillac. The label is inspired by a drawing by Jean Carlu, the famous poster artist who was responsible for the very first Mouton label, for the 1924 vintage.
