Henri Boillot

The Henri Boillot estate in Meursault is one of Burgundy’s most respected producers. Led by Henri Boillot, who has lifted the family estate to a new level of quality, the domaine stands for uncompromising precision and a style that masterfully combines elegance, concentration and clear terroir expression.

Boillot farms first-class sites in Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Volnay, including numerous Premier and Grand Crus. The white wines, above all the great Chardonnays, rank among the finest of their appellations year after year: mineral, taut, profound and impressively long-lived. The domaine’s Pinot Noirs also show great finesse and a precise, silky structure.

Artisanal care shapes the entire process: careful vineyard work, low yields, selective harvesting and sensitive ageing with perfectly measured oak. The result is wines valued by collectors and critics around the world, reflecting Burgundy in its purest form.

Origin in Focus

Burgundy

The Burgundy (Bourgogne) wine region is shaped by small parcels and historic vineyards. The focus here is on two grape varieties – Pinot Noir and Chardonnay – which reflect soil, climate and craftsmanship with exceptional transparency.

Between Dijon and Mâcon, a narrow band of vineyards stretches for around 250 km, each with its own distinctive character.
