Domaine Benjamin Leroux Meursault-Blagny 1er Cru La Pièce Sous le Bois 2024 comes from a high-elevation Premier Cru site with limestone-rich soils on the border with Puligny, planted with Chardonnay. The nose shows yellow apple, citrus, white flowers, some stone fruit and a hint of hazelnut. On the palate the wine is precise, with dense yet clear fruit, a fine saline line and taut acidity that gives length and tension while highlighting the character of the site.
